What Causes Pain In Pelvis Post Physiotherapy For Back Pain?

I fell in Feb. this year. I have had lower back pain ever since. The Ortho Dr. did X-rays and a MRI and found nothing. He sent me to Physical therapy and water therapy, pain just keep getting worse. This Monday had a injection in the SI Joint. The pain level has gone down to a 3 in that spot, but now I feel pain in 3 other spots on my pelvise. What is wrong with my Pelvise? Is there anything else I can do to fix this and stop the pain?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Pain at various pelvic parts may be of concern with some sort of muscular issue most likely. As the ortho report is negative, bone reasons are ruled out straight way. The soft tissue evaluation is best recommended with high resolution Ultrasound examination by an expert radiologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
