What Causes Pain In Penis After An Intercourse?

Hey, a week ago I had sex about 7/8 times with my girlfriend unprotected (she s on birth control) and the day after my penis was extremely sore and then I started to produce what I think was smegma and I didn t have an erection for almost 6 days then today I went to go masturbate and I noticed a single red dot on the head of my penis near the urethra , I m worried it might be herpes and I don t want to scare my girlfriend

Hi,

It can be sign of STD like herpes and you should get it reviewed by an infectious diseases specialist or a dermatologist and get STD or TORCH screen done. Urinalysis and discharge cultures or the thickness substance you are experiencing should be sent for analysis and cultures. Meanwhile use protection during intercourse preferably with barrier methods of contraception.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
