Hello,

Penile pain can affect the base, shaft, or head of the penis. It can also affect the foreskin. An itching, burning, or throbbing sensation may accompany the pain. Penile pain can be a result of an accident or disease.

It can affect males of any age. There are many reasons for the pain including Peyronie’s disease, priapism, balanitis, Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) etc.

Therefore I suggest consulting an urologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
