What Causes Pain In Penis Post Masturbation While On Treatment For Gonorrhea?

I got treated for gonorrhea with a shot, andazithromycin, and phenazopyridine (which I m still taking) and had the urge to masturbate but it became extremely painful. treatment started yesterday and the first night I experienced the pain and stupidly, I tried again the second night only to experience it again. I m going to just abstain for a while because it s as much scary as it is painful... just hoping for some insight....

I really appreciate your concern, gonorrheal infection causes the lesion or inflammatory changes of urethra and bladder, vas deference, so it is advisable to avoid masturbate till the infection cured well hope this information helps.
