What Causes Pain In Penis When I Take Deep Breath?
my issue is when I a take a deep breath I get a shooting pain from the beginning of my penis to the end of my penis and fades when I exhale. what could be the cause of this. Could it just be from being a little over sexually active in the recent 2 days or something more serious. Im 20.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Inhaling and exhaling is unlikely to cause pain in the penis. Breathing movements move the diaphragm which in turn can cause pain in abdominal organs attached to the diaphragm. However, penis is no way attached to the diaphragm, thus, penile pain is unlikely to be associated with breathing movements. As you are suspecting, the pain could be due to physical trauma caused by sexual movements. Thus, I suggest you to take rest and observe the pain. If the pain does not resolve even after taking rest, you need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment.
