What Causes Pain In Penis While Urinating?

Hello sir, I had a cut on the lower side is penis where there is a nerve like. It is now aggrievated while passing urine it is very hard ship to bear the burning. And it is since 15 days. I am getting feared. The cut is becoming to bigger. I found another rash also. I don t understand what is to be done.
