What Causes Pain In Penis While Urinating?

Yeah Hi, I'm a 25yr old male and a few days ago, while peeing, it felt painful towards the tip of my penis. It felt as though something was blocking the hole. I thought nothing of it until I tried to ejaculate and it didn't come out...then it was followed by many visits to the bathroom for peeing, which was very painful. What's going on here?!

The common cause of painful micturation are urinary tract infections and urinary tract stone. So get investigation to rule out these conditions.
