General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking.
It seems to be a nurogenic pain.could be just due to jurkwhile the incidence irritatng the nerve / your netves might have been pinched at lumbo sachral region due to spinal /disc problem created... affecting nerve supplying perinium.
You need MRI of the region &a spinal surgeon's advise.
Please fon't worry.. few medicines (oral, injection, local)/ physiotherapy or surgery in few cases as per need would relieve.
Thanks.
