What Causes Pain In Perineum?

HI.. This is something related to Gynec.. Are you the right person m consulting? I have this pain near the anus.. Not the back part but the front part. Just below the skin where my vagina ends. It pains. I have tried applying coconut oil. it gives me temporary relief but the pain remains. While applying oil my fingers touch this skin which is inside on the side of the anus, in front. After passing stools the pain is severe for sometime. I have this problem off and often in a period of few months not continuos and it lasts for several days. Esplly if my intake of water is very very less. I have had no bleeding or any other problem. My food intake has moderate spice. Please guide what could this be.
