What Causes Pain In Pubic Area Radiating To The Leg?

Hard to explain. The location is just right of my pubic area about two to three inches above my leg. It s not a severe pain, it feels like my nerves are firing off. Not exactly a burning but kinda. Radiates at times to my right leg, a total of maybe 8 inches from top of sensation to bottom. A few weeks back it felt like a fluid was being pushed quickly through a vein followed by a burning radiating out like nerves...when this was happening I could feel the rush of fluid with my fingers. Does not hurt to palpate the area. I just want to rule out possible blood clots or aneurism.
