What Causes Pain In Rib Cage When I Bend?

What could cause an intense dull pulling pain in the mid rib cage in the back on th e right side when I bend over. I had radiation for breast cancer 6 years ago and this has been intermittent for about a year now I also had shingles on the same side a year post radiation.
