What Causes Pain In Rib, Under Breast And Around Spine?

I have pain in the left rib, under the breast, and around to spine, that started 3 weeks ago. Then my knee became swollen and painful a week and a half later. Now my muscles in my thighs hurt when I do certain things. I feel like something is taking over my body. What could this be?
