What Causes Pain In Ribs And Lower Stomach And Irregular Bowel Movements?

hi my name is crystal. for about 4 days now i have been getting these really sharp pains just below my right ribs in the front and in the back. i have also been having them in my lower right stomach just above my pubic bone. it feels worse at night, after sex, and when i push on it. i have also been having irregular bowel movements like green stool in very small amounts once a day. what could this be?
