What Causes Pain In Right Abdomen Post Radical Nephrectomy?
I am suffering from right abdominal pain since long around 2 to 3 years. Two months back my upper endoscopy done and gastritis + H Pylori positive diagnosed. I also had kidney tumor diagnosed through USG. Two months back my left radical nephrectomy done. I was on antibiotics for 10 days post surgery. My right side abdominal pain is still there. I wanted to ask , my H Pylori Bacteria is still there even after antibiotics taken post surgery and that is cause of pain?

I really appreciate your concern, if you completed the course of infection for H.Pylori still it is advisable to continue the PPI for four to six weeks and best drug would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day,
