What Causes Pain In Right Abdomen With Pressure In Anus?

hi I have severe pain in my right abdomen from the belly button over across my abdomen into my side it doesn't hurt as much when I sit still but it makes it almost impossible to walk as well as some pressure in the anal area I'm also running a fever of 101 it all came on suddenly last night I'm not sure what exactly it is if you could give me any ideas I'd appreciate it thank you

Thanks for your query.
The most probable cause of pain in the right side of the abdomen along with pressure in the anus and now fever can be an intestinal infection; Enterocolitis.
I would advise you the following:
Get a 5-day course of an antibiotic and metronidazole.
See the response
Get ultrasonography and tests of the stool , urine and blood done and get the further treatment as per the reports.
