What Causes Pain In Right Abdomen,leg Numbness And Frequent Urination?

Female age 70 experiencing right side kidney area pain with right front leg numbness (hot, tingly, itchy) down to ankles. The pain wraps around to the right groin area as well. Tylenol muscle and back pills help. Frequent urination (small amounts) day and night. I spend a lot of time on my computer and so get up to walk around and stretch periodically.When the pain in the kidney area occurs, I can feel almost like a swelling when the back of my chair touches it but that could just be the pain. Has been going on for a few weeks now. I am type 2 diabetic and on blood pressure medication for the past couple of months for the first time in my life. I take Vitamin D, B12, magnesium and Norwegian Kelp (all at recommended dosage - never higher). Could this be serious?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in right abdomen,leg numbness and frequent urination . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like UTI, kidney infection or kidney stone .I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , urine test or kidney function test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend laproscopic surgery . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take proper rest .Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for gastric problem .
