My weight is 240 but I have been exercising regularly for months now (not as much recently) such as walking and running. My chloestral has been ok when checked last. I am having strange pain in my right arm that is on the under side of my arm from my shoulder to my wrist and my heart keeps fluttering. Now and then it feels like its beating in my throat.
