What Causes Pain In Right Chest Radiating Towards Back And Shoulder?
I have a righthand chest pain and a righthand back pain in behind the shoulder blade. When i stand up and walk around, it hurts. When i take a big breathe it hurts, even normal breaths when im sitting or standing it hurts. When im lying down, like i am now, theres no pain. I use a cpap machine, sleep apnea. I also have asthma, copd, hypertension and cholestrol which is all under medication.

As per your query you have pain in right chest radiating towards back and shoulder along with other medical conditions . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like acid reflux , esophagus blockage , viral infection , gallbladder infection , pancreas infection , liver disease , lung infection , shoulder joint dysfunction and aortic dissection . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order X-ray of upper digestive track , ultrasound of digestive track , endoscopy , liver function test and stool test . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist , orthopedic surgeon or chest specialist . For now take proper rest , do stretching of chest and shoulder muscles , take antacid after every meal and avoid exertion of body .
