What Causes Pain In Right Chest, Shoulder, Ear, Right Arm And Head?

I have had right chest pain. In the area that you can lay your hand above your breast but below shoulder like pain on and on every day for a week. Nothing seems to make it worse or better. It seems to send pain down my right arm. A nagging headache and ear ache. should I get this checked out or keep waiting for it to disappear
