What Causes Pain In Right Forearm With Discomfort, Dizziness And Numbness?

I've woken up several times throughout the night with pain in my right forearm. Symptoms are; discomfort, heaviness, tightness, pressure, burning, numbness aching, tingling. It is so uncomfortable that I can't sleep any longer. I did a lot of cleaning the previous day so I think it could just be overused muscles but I'm not sure. ????
