Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is important performing a comprehensive differential diagnosis between different causes that may lead to this clinical situation:
- Chronic degenerations of the coxo-femoral joint
- A bulging disc in the lumbar vertebral column

For this reason, I recommend performing an X-ray study of the coxo-femoral joint and the lumbar vertebral column. Regarding the pain and bleeding while intercourse, I recommend performing a colposcopy and a PAP test.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
