What Causes Pain In Right Leg, Buttock And Groin Area?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have constant pain in my right leg and it started in the leg then traveled to the buttocks only the right side also it is now goinf into my groin area as well..the only way that I can describe it is a bad toothache that never goes away..nothing makes it better but driving long distances or standing too long makes it worse I am at my wits end have tried acupuncture, chiroprator,massage and physical theraphy, even hypnosis.. any idea on what this is??? its been about 5 years now and no one knows what to do
