What Causes Pain In Right Limbs?

I am feeling that My right hand has been very heavy since last 3 weeks and have a lot of pain...starting from elbow till palm. When I stretch my middle finger it gives me some relief. The pain at times is very intense from my neck, shoulder, entire right hand. RIght leg also remains in pain all the time, especially the calf portion...Any idea what could it be
