Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain in right pelvic area could be due to ovulation. Ovulation pain occurs mid-cycle. If the pain is prolonged, this could be due to cyst which is undergoing changes. I suggest you to consult your obstetrician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus, management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
