General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The severe pain involving right upper quadrant with multiple antibiotics may be of concern with hepatic issue as drug induced liver damage or else. Though CT findings are normal, I would recommend to do additional:
- Complete hemogram
- Liver function tests with SGPT, SGOT, Alkaline phosphatase and serum bilirubin levels
- Urine microscopy

If any of the lab data are available with you, kindly share with me during follow up discussion so that better guidelines can be figured out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
