What Causes Pain In Right Shoulder Area?

Having pain in right shoulder area and numbness that spans down my right arm and up the right side of my face causing vision issues behind rt eye. My doctor pointed to gall bladder inflammation and anti inflammation drugs and natural fruits and veggies do help the sensation lesson but it still exists alot. I am 48 175lbs big boned excercise and athletic. Any advice?
