What Causes Pain In Right Side And Numbness In Right Leg?

I am 53 years old man and i woke up this morning with a sharp pain on my right side. The pain is a liitle below my waist line, it doesnt have any color to it, but it hurts really bad when i sit down and and touch it. I feel a little better when i stand up and when i touch it it is able to move a little. To add onto that it makes my right leg feel numb. What can this be?
