What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Body And Strong Smell In Urine?

Hi, this is difficult to explain... But yesterday the front of my body started hurting on the right side.. Then this morning I thought I might ve bumped into something but on my back where my kidney would be feels bruised.. It s the same feeling in the front and back. But there are no signs of a bruise. And my urine has smelt very strong for a couple of weeks now.

Do you have history of trauma???
Do you have diabetis???

If you have any of the kidney problem usually it reflects in your urine....
First get your urine examined....
If urine show pus cell then it might Pyleo nephritis..like condition.
If show only RBC glomerulonephritis like condition searched for....

Urine also examined for cast...
USG abdomen done in your case for further approach.....

Urine also examined for albuminuria....

If no above infective causes present or no stone ....then you might have some trauma induce pain.....

If still investigation needed then after examining you CT scan might done...
