What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Breast And Swollen Face During Pregnancy?

I am 21 weeks pregnant and last night I was having a pain in my stomach on my right side not low in my abdomen but high just below the breast.. This morning I woke up with my right side of my face swollen.. I have been feeling like I need to use the bathroom more but I feel like not a lot is coming out. Is this something I have should be worried about? Also I just found out last week that I have a 2 vessel cord pregnancy something else that has me really worried.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The swelling on the right side of the trauma, infection eg sinus infection. If it is an infection then antibiotics may be needed

Increased need to urinate maybe due to the baby resting on the bladder but an infection would need to be ruled out by a urine analysis by your doctor.

The pain in the abdomen/chest region may be due to any structure in that area from the skin inwards.
It would best to see your doctor for assessment.

I hope this helps
