What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Chest?
I am a healthy 50 year old female. I am recovering from a cold virus that lasted 3 weeks (this is week 3). Last night I had a bad headache and went to bed early ... around 2am, I had a sharp Charlie horse or contraction like sensation/pain in my RIGHT chest. I felt pressure and it radiated to my esophagus area. This pain was sporadic and would only last a few seconds, then subside. It did not matter the position I was in, or whether I sat, laid down, stood or walked.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be sinusitis, and the chest pain could be due to hyperacidity, in my opinion it can be well manage with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, it the symptoms persistence then it needs to be investigated hope this information helps.
