What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Neck Radiating To Arm?

I have pain in the right side of my neck that radiates down my arm. When I bend down there is a hard throbbing in the right side of my neck and head. I had to have an endartrectomy done on both sides of my neck a year ago. Is there a possibility that some other artery is acluded?
