What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Testicle?

Hello ! Since few days I got pain in my right side panis ball ...it is feeling so awkward sometimes. I can t feel comfortable to wear my underwear and trousers. .Without underwear is ok most of the time but sometimes also without I feel pain ..plz give me a solution. ... Note : 2009 I felt same pain and my doctor refereed me some medicines ..I took those medicines and after few days later I was ok but there was a little changed showed my balls that ..my right side ball became smaller than left, which now again feeling me uncomfortable. .. I had been lived my home country and I couldn t able to see the doc again but now it is getting worst now .... Plz give me solution .....thanks

Thanks for your query.
Noted your detailed history of pain in the right testicle in the past, living in the place where it is not possible to see your Doctor again and now there is feeling of pain and uncomfortable again after 2009. You are feeling it smaller than the left too.
I would suggest you the following:
In spite of difficulty to get your original Doctor you can always consult the one nearby and get an appointment for Urologist.
Ultrasonography with color doppler of the scrotum.
Tests of blood urine and stool.
Clinical evaluation by Urologist or a General Surgeon whoever is available.
Once diagnosed then it will be easy to plan the further course of actions.
