What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Waist And Lower Ribs?

Hi, I've had a pain in my right side, around the waist, lower ribs, for 2 days. Hurts when i move, breathe deep etc. It feel sa bit like a stitch, but I haven't done anything physicial really. It twinges down my right leg sometimes, kind of nerve-y pain. I also keep getting hot flushes, but who knows if thats related.
