What Causes Pain In Right Side Stomach And Loud Gurgling?
I just went to the er I was having a bad pain on my right side now my stomachs is making loud loud noises I m not sure what to do my stomachs feels very uncomfortable right now I feel like I need to have a really good bowel movement or pass gas what could this be I m on medicine for appendicitis already but I just have a weird feeling in my belly

You are suffered from gastritis. Take antacid like Pantoprazole on empty stomach and laxative like Cremaffin at bed time. Work with your primary care doctor to achieve these.
