What Causes Pain In Right Side While Walking?

ive got a pain in my right side as i walk about and as isit down easier,s off when resting i have atotal hysterectomy 7 years ago so theres no worry there.there,s no burning when i go for a wee but when i go to open bowels i get a small pain at first in right side and it tender to touch there is nothing els wrong with me thank you .
