What Causes Pain In Right-sided Head Post An Injury?

I took a fall about three weeks ago and don t remember hitting my head but I had a bloody nose afterwards. The top right side of my head feels like a dull pain when I cough or sneeze lately. Didn t really notice it until this week. Its not a headache but is a dull kind of pain when I clear my throat, cough or sneeze. It really just hurts with pressure. It is tender to touch on outside as well. Seems like the spot has gotten smaller. Not sure if it could be related to the fall or sinus problems.

Hi,

Noted your history of fall but not sure abut head injury yet getting a dull pain and tenderness on the right side of head, had nosebleed after fall.
All your history is indicative of a trauma to the head also although you are not so sure about it.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor for a proper clinical examination and get a referral to an ENT Surgeon for ENT Check up.
CT scan of head and sinuses to confirm that there is no major issues.
If the specific cause is found then you will be treated accordingly.
Till then take decongestant nasal drops, anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
Also take an opinion of a Neurosurgeon if the CT scan of brain is suggestive of.
