General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. You need to see a Surgeon or a Skin Specialist who can examine you.
The fungal infection can be treated with medication or ointments.
The erection problem would be temporary if it was not there earlier.
The swelling in scrotum could be a hernia but I cant be sure without examining you. So please see a Surgeon who can examine you and decide the correct treatment.
Do not worry. They are all treatable and would be fine over a period of time once adequate treatment is started.
Take care.
