What Causes Pain In Right Testicle?

hi i am having a dull sometimes strong pain in my right testical it started 3 days ago and the pain later that night actually traveld up to my lower right side below my belly button it fellt like a explotion and since then any slight touch like even just walking gives me a dull pain in the ball and in the stomach. everything i read says it could be vas deferens infection..but what scares me is all the people who have this like never seem to recover from the docs orders

I really appreciate your concern, chances of epididymitis and it may be due to some infection or injury, this cab be well managed with, "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three time in day, and no need to worry about this if the condition remains as it is then it need to be clinically examined, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
