What Causes Pain In Right Upper Arm?

I started having pain in my right upper arm muscle on Monday. I did skim my pool on Saturday so I connected it to that. Still had some pain on Tuesday and Wednesday. Last night (Wednesday night) I had pain in my upper back same side. I am wondering if I damaged my rotator cuff but the pain in my back went away today after taking a 15mm Meloxicam this morning but it is back in my upper arm muscle, really hurts. I had the Meloxicam prescription from a hip scope on 2/6/2015. Not sure if I should go to a Doctor and if so which specialist type?

I really appreciate your concern such symptoms could be due to some musculoskeletal problem and in my opinion this can be best managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day if the symptoms does not improved then clinical examination would be necessary, hope this information helps, take care.
