What Causes Pain In Right Upper Quadrant Of Abdomen Post Alcohol Intake?

I have been drinking very heavily now for two days and used cocaine as well as mdma and I have woken up this morning with pain on my right side presumably where my liver is located. Not so much a pain but it feels very sore when touched and very difficult to cough because it is very uncomfortable to do so, I should mention I have not used any substances today. Not sure if this is a sign of something possibly serious?

Pain in right side of upper abdomen and difficulty in breathing, this indicates your diaghram is irritating your liver on breathing. You might have developed liver inflammation that is alcohalic hepatitis .If i have to treat i will suggest the patient to have ultrasound scan done to see the size and echgenecity of liver and blood tests like liver function tests and lipid profile. If as i feel it is alcohalic hepatitis you have to stop alcohal otherwise it will go to next stage up to cirrhosis.
