HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Levofloxacin and the other members of this drug family can be associated with inflammation of the tendons.
In many persons, this pain is only temporary and lasts up to a few weeks.
It would be best to avoid this class of drug in the future.
Sinus symptoms are often precipitated by allergic reactions to some agent which may be environmental (dust, pollen, animal dander, smoke), or food, drink, soaps etc.
If you can determine the source and reduce your exposure , this would help.
If this is not possible then the use of oral antihistamines, decongestants and
topical steroid nasal sprays may be helpful for you.
Examples of topical sprays are nasocort, nasonext,
flonase, avamys,
rhinocort.
I hope this helps
