What Causes Pain In Shoulder And Arm?

I am having a dull ache that moves around my back. It started under my right shoulder blade then moved to my mid/lower back on the right and has now moved to the left side. Also my shoulder and arm are sore. I am not having breathing problems and I am not having trouble breathing. Please help...it is freaking me out. Do I need to go to emergency care.
