What Causes Pain In Shoulder And Chest With Sweating?

hi im 22 yrs old male when i have a walk after ive had a drink i can hear the liquid on my chest.when it happens i get really short of breath a few months back i suddenly got pains in me right shoulder and chest and started sweating alot but it went after about 15 min ive had tha experience about 3 times but dont no if its all connected
