What Causes Pain In Shoulder And Left Side Of Chest?
an employee has complained of pain in top of left shoulder and is now in left side of his chest. He says it comes and goes and is worse if he tries to take a deep breath. He has used the pressure to describe it. NOW, here s the question...he is assuming it s a work related pulled muscle and filed a work comp claim is on the way to a work comp doctor. I m trying to figure out if I should encourage him to do something different because as I described this to the owner, it sounded to me like heart attack symptoms.

Hello, Welcome to healthcaremagic. I have gone through your history. Yes, it seems like he has symptoms of Ischaemic Heart Disease until proved otherwise needs immediate consulting or visit ER for ECG.Good luck.
