I m 25, 6 1 , muscular build, recently lost a few pounds from taking a night shift and turning my days upside-down so now I weigh a little less than 260 pounds which sounds heavy but, I can see the outline of my abs when standing, just saying I m not overweight. I have very few allergy problems. I did not play sports in school but had a very active childhood outside of school; climbing trees, wrestling with siblings, riding bikes, skateboarding, running, jumping, flipping and, of course, falling which could be in between all my activities listed. No medical issues, that I know of. Never broken a bone (not sure how I managed that). Never had to go to the hospital for myself excepting a cut when I was 3, a dog bite when I was 8 and a toe thing like 2 years ago. I feel like I m a healthy, rather lucky, young man. However, every once in a while when I sneeze, not every sneeze, but sometimes, I have unrelenting, unassuagable, deep -like nerve or vein or bone- pain. It feels like it starts in my shoulders and moves up towards my neck a bit, across my chest and down my arms to my wrists. It only lasts 30 or 40 seconds or so but, gosh it hurts. I ve looked around online before, to no avail. My family members don t seem to have the same issue. It honestly worries me a bit. I did find a page today, after I sneezed and had this ache, that narrowed it down some more for me. I share many of these folks symptoms and lifestyles. http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Back--Neck/Pain-when-sneezing-back--neck--arms/show/686077 The chance to lay this issue before a real doctor prompted my writing all this. Get back to me soon. -Richard
