What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blade And Armpit?

Hello I am 35 y o male I have pain in my shoulder blade/ armpit that is very difficult to locate . It hurts to breathe and turn my head sudden movement also seems to cause a shooting pain. I have figured out that if I put my hands on my knees and squat the pain is unbearable. Please help
