Hi,

You should get investigated for:
- Whole vertebral column imaging investigation to find any other spinal lesion in lumber / thoracic region or joint pain in hip joint
- Gt serum calcium and vitamin D tested to find bony weakness if any
Consult an orhopedic surgeon for physical assessment and needful specific treatment. Meanwhile, over the counter pain medicine (Ibuprofen) can be taken for pain relief. Avoid painful activities / use support while walking so as to avoid weight bearing.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
