What Causes Pain In Shoulder, Elbow And Wrist?

I have pain in my LEFT shoulder, elbow and wrist. Also in the forearm. The pain is not bad, on a scale of 1-10 id say about 3. Im also having some numbness/tingling. and the hand feels less strong compared to how it used to be. The pain started suddenly a 2 days ago when i was lying on my RIGHT side my bed and using my left arm to access my laptop which was on the table next to me. What could this be?
