What Causes Pain In Shoulder Radiating Towards Elbow And Forearm?

I have pain in my shoulder that radiates to my elbow and forearm. I huts to lift my elbow out to the side as well as rotating it. I fell on my outstretch hand 2 years ago but did not have shoulder pain until This spring. With my elbow at a right angle, I am unable to lift it any higher that shoulder level. Email: YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
Pain in the shoulder, elbow and forearm with difficulty in lifting is suggestive of Cervical Spondylosis.
Kindly get a X-ray of Cervical Spine done in AP and Lateral view.
Kindly take an opinion from Orthopedician with the report in this regard.
All the best and wish you good health.
