Hello

Pain radiating to arm may be related to cervical spine or shoulder.
Your condition need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You may need X-ray of cervical spine (AP/Lateral view) and x-ray of shoulder(AP view).
X-ray are basic investigation after clinical evaluation.
You may need MRI of cervical spine or shoulder.Pain may be related to nerve roots compression, disc prolapse etc.Only MRI can evaluate in detail.
Physiotherapy or surgery requirement depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take care
